For a Father's Day gift this year, Peyton and I arranged a short photo session with
Betsy at Dorothy B. Oven Park. I was extremely happy with how the pictures came out, especially after witnessing how fun it was to get Peyton to both look and smile at the camera for longer than half a second. After numerous goldfish cracker bribes, jumping and dancing behind Betsy like a primate, and spinning around in circles and then freezing so a picture could be taken, here are a few of the final results.
Rob most defintely loved these photos, as did both of Peyton's grandpas. Along with these, Peyton also had a gift for her daddy that she helped make at daycare as well.

We spent the day going to church in the morning, and then to Rob's parents' house, where we enjoyed an afternoon full of eating, laughing, and playing with the kids while the daddies relaxed a bit. I am so thankful I have a partner in life who is such an amazing father to our little girl. The following picture is one of my new favorites.
