She's Four!!

My sweet, silly girl is four today.  She is everything I have ever dreamed of in a daughter and so much more.  She has taught me so much about having patience, finding humor in life, and letting go of the small things that don't matter.  It is such an amazing journey to see how she develops and grows-- she has such a joy and energy for life.  She is the perfect mix of loving and sassy, and although the later sometimes gets her into trouble, I wouldn't have her any other way. She is my precious Peyton and I love her to the moon.

As a combination of asking her questions plus my own observations, here is Peyton in a nutshell:

Favorite color: Purple
Favorite food: Oatmeal and spaghetti (not together).
Favorite animal: Orange lions. (Her words, but as if lions are sometimes other colors...)
Favorite princess: Rapunzel or Sleeping Booty. :-)
Favorite TV Shows: Yo Gabba Gabba, Sophia the First
Favorite movies: Tangled and How to Train A Dragon
Favorite song: Adele- "Rolling in the Deep" and "Jesus Loves Me" (She has quite the eclectic taste in music).
Favorite thing to do: Anything that involves going outside-- she is quite the nature girl and could pick flowers for hours.
Best friends: Kate and Audrey
Favorite place: Church and Sweetie's house.
